1958 Buick Options (Optional Equipment)
Buick began a new luxury era n 1958. The exterior of the car was shinier than ever with the use of massive chrome. The pleasure of driving for the owner was improved with the long list of 1958 Buick Optional Equipment.
In 58, these important options became available for the first time: Flight Pitch Dynaflow, Air-Ride Suspension, Autronic Eye and Air Cooled Aluminum Brake Drums. In earlier years Buick used letters to specify the options – for 1958 they had to be combined with a number, because the high amount of options!
