1957 Buick Production
Buick lost the 3rd place of automakers in 1957. It had the biggest loss of market share of all GM brands. To win back customers, the new Roadmaster 75 models came to market during the model year. One of the most collectible classic cars of 57 was the 1957 Buick Caballero Estate Wagon. On the 7th of July 1957, the nine-millionth Buick was built.
The 1957 Buick Production dropped to just a little bit over 400,000. The low-cost Special Series was the prospects darling, as well as Riviera/Coupes. Not included in the public total production are commercial cars like Police Cars and Ambulances.
