Buick offered an anniversary model for 1953: The 53 Buick Skylark. Almost any equipment was standard on this luxury convertible. The price was twice as much as Buick asked for models of the Special series. Today, collectors all over the world see the 53 Buick Skylark as the holy grail of classic Buicks.
