In 1953, Buick introduced the Air Conditoner – it was more like a fridge in the trunk. But the result was ice cold air in the passenger compartment. Another new options for this year was Power Brakes and a 12 Volt Electrical System. The 1953 Buick Super Sedan was almost a modern car.
